Operation Enterprise
The Operation Enterprise learning process is highly interactive, personally satisfying, and intellectually stimulating. Students live on campus during the program, and each program is limited to 35 participants to ensure attention and personal guidance.
Every Operation Enterprise program has a core curriculum that includes the following essential topics for business success:
- Introduction to Management and Leadership
- Communication Skills
- Business Writing
- Negotiation
- Presentation Skills
- Strategic Planning
Additional topics for each program may include:
- Ethics
- Setting and Achieving Goals
- Interpersonal Skills
- Conflict Resolution
- Stress Management
- Team Building
- Entrepreneurship
In addition to workshops, students have the opportunity to meet senior executives at the Panel Forum evening and practice delivering a presentation (in teams) before a "mock" Board of Directors. The program culminates in a full-day management simulation where participants integrate all they have learned during the week. Activities in the Enterprise site at night round out the program.
Real-life design, impeccable program delivery, expert instruction, and a prestigious heritage create an environment that is perfect mix of demanding professionalism, relaxation, and fun.
